During his college years, Lonnie interned for Top Agents with Fred Sands Realty. In 1998 Lonnie began his full-time career in Real Estate with Sunset Realtors and was quickly recognized for his sales performance. Sunset Realtors was purchased by Coldwell Banker in 2002. In 2003 and 2004 Lonnie earned Coldwell Banker's prestigious Diamond Club Award as a Top Producing Agent. After being recruited to Prudential California, Lonnie earned the 2006 Honor Award for his top sales performance and was consistently recognized as a top Sales Agent. Since joining Rodeo Realty in 2013, Lonnie has been recognized as one of Rodeo Realty’s Top Producing Agents and has earned the prestigious Rodeo Realty President's Circle Eleite as a Top Producing Agent every year from, in 2013 to 2021!
