Market Update:Hot! Hot! Hot! August was yet another very strong month for real estate! I don’t need to tell you that market continues to be red hot! Yes, we are still seeing multiple offers, and rising prices, in all areas we cover and in all price ranges. While market continues to be very active our inventory is still extremely low. Even though inventory is still quite low, many buyers are capitalizing on prices that are still reasonable. Buyers have seen that interest rates have stabilized, for the time being, but remain at, or near, historic lows so now is the time to buy. Now is the time to sell or purchase your next home!
